Our Clinical Excellence

Billing & Costs
We proudly bulk bill most Medicare-eligible scans. Calcium scoring is the main scan that attracts a small fee, payable on the day.
Only a handful of specialised tests are not bulk billed. Calcium scoring is the main one. If your scan involves a fee, we will confirm the exact amount well in advance.
Payment is made on the day of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash. If you would like to claim through private health, we will provide an itemised invoice for you to lodge after your visit.
Appointments & Results
We aim to have your report with your doctor within 24 to 48 hours. Please book a follow-up with them to go through everything.
X-ray and non-contrast CT are available as walk-ins with no appointment required. Some ultrasound exams may also be available as walk-ins, but we recommend calling the clinic to confirm availability on the day.
- Medicare card: For bulk billing and eligibility.
- Referral: From your doctor or healthcare provider.
- Previous imaging: Any prior scans or reports that help our radiologists understand your history.
Safety & Comfort
We use modern, low-dose technology and follow strict safety standards. Ultrasound uses no radiation. For CT and X-ray, we keep doses as low as medically necessary while still giving your doctor the answers they need.
